Cancellation, Returns & Refunds – We've Made It Simple!
Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed, which includes invoicing and preparing the order for shipment.
- If cancellation is requested before processing, a small 4% fee will apply (covers payment gateway and processing costs).
- This applies in cases like:
- Change of mind or product
- Declining a delivery due to incorrect address
- Or any customer-initiated cancellation
100% Refund Scenarios
We’ll offer a full refund (no deductions!) if:
- The product runs out of stock after your order
- We’re unable to deliver in the promised time
- We accept your return but can't provide a replacement
- Ample (that’s us!) cancels the order for any reason
Returns
- We accept returns only if the item arrives in damaged packaging.
- Please report any such issues within 2 days of delivery—along with proof (photos help a lot!).
- Once accepted, we’ll schedule a pickup within 7 working days.
- The returned item must be in original condition—sealed, complete with all parts, and with the invoice.

Refund Timelines
- Refunds take 5–7 working days to show up in your account.
- Refunds will be credited to the same account you used for the purchase.
- A refund ID will be shared for reference. If there's a delay, your bank will have more info than we do.
Note: If you’ve used EMI to make your purchase, please contact your bank for EMI cancellations—we don’t have access to modify those.
