Order Placement & Accuracy

Order Confirmation & Product Availability
All orders are subject to final confirmation from Ample. While we aim to maintain accurate stock levels, some items may become unavailable. In such cases, your order may be cancelled, and you will be notified accordingly.

We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing on all our products. However, Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing discrepancy or unforeseen issue affecting the order, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or clarification can be sought prior to proceeding with the fulfilment of the order. In such instances, the customer shall be duly notified.
Delivery Timelines
We do our best to meet estimated delivery schedules, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, strikes, or logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience in such rare situations.
Ownership & Risk Transfer
Once your order has been delivered, the responsibility and ownership of the product pass to you. We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss post-delivery.
Product Inspection on Delivery
We recommend checking your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can assist you promptly.
Returns & Refunds

Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to My BrickHouse! We're thrilled you're interested in reserving your favorite LEGO sets.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing a pre-booking on our website.

1. What is Pre-Booking?

Pre-booking allows you to reserve LEGO sets in advance, ensuring priority access once the product becomes available. Availability is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment (as specified on the product page) is required to confirm your pre-booking.
If partial payment is made, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or store pick-up.
Orders will only be released or shipped upon receipt of full payment.

3. Delivery & Store Pick-Up Options

Home Delivery

You’ll be notified once your order is ready for dispatch.
Delivery estimates by location can be checked using our Pincode Checker Tool on the product page.

Store Pick-Up

You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up at your selected store.
Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email at the time of collection.
Items must be collected within 7 days of notification. After this period, availability is no longer guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are allowed only before the order is invoiced.
Eligible cancellations will incur a 4% processing fee to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-booking due to stock limitations, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Product Availability

Pre-bookings are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of overbooking or allocation restrictions, affected customers will be contacted and fully refunded.
Pre-booking does not guarantee product availability, as stock limitations may apply.

6. Changes to Pre-Booking

Changes to product selection, delivery method, or store location cannot be made after the order is confirmed.
Please review all details carefully before placing your order.

7. Pricing & Taxes

Prices shown at the time of booking are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise

9. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a pre-booking order, you agree to the above terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and we recommend reviewing them before each booking.

Applicable to online orders placed between July 11th and July 31st, 2025.
Customers with a cart value of ₹9,000 or more will receive a free “Year Of The Snake Toy Building Kit”.

Offer is valid for both in-store pickups and home delivery orders.
For in-store pickups, the gift will be handed over at the time of collection, subject to stock availability.
