FanClub Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Brickhouse Fan Club, a complimentary, members-only loyalty program thoughtfully designed for LEGO enthusiasts of all ages—especially those who are young at heart. Membership offers exclusive access to a range of benefits, including exciting rewards, special discounts, early access to limited-edition LEGO sets, invitations to workshops, and a variety of other engaging experiences. Membership is entirely free and remains valid for life—once enrolled, your participation in the Club is permanent.

Enrollment and participation in the Brickhouse Fan Club (the "Club") are governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By registering for and participating in the Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

When we refer to "you" or "your" we mean the individual accessing these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, you must

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a citizen and legal resident of India, and
  • Be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.

By joining, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are presumed to have sought and obtained any legal advice necessary to understand your participation rights and obligations.

2. JOINING THE Program

Enrolling in the Brickhouse Fan Club is a simple and cost-free process. Prospective members may join the Club through one of the following methods:

  • Online Registration: Sign up via the lego.mybrickhouse.com/account/register by completing the digital registration form.
  • In-Store Registration: Visit any LEGO Certified Store (LCS) in India and register through a store representative at the cashier counter.

To successfully register online, you must provide certain mandatory personal details, including:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Pincode

Additionally, you will have the option to indicate your preferences by selecting from the following checkboxes:

  • Are you a Parent? (optional)
  • I agree to the Terms & Conditions (mandatory)
  • I agree to receive marketing communication via WhatsApp Business API (WABA), SMS, and Email (optional)

Your registration will be deemed complete only upon the accurate completion of all required fields and the provision of the necessary consent. By submitting the registration form, you affirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

The organizers reserve the right to verify submitted information and to decline or cancel membership at their discretion in case of false, incomplete, or unverifiable details.

3. About your profile/Account

Upon successful registration, a personal Brickhouse Fan Club account will be created for you. This account will store and manage the following details:

As part of the enrollment process and ongoing participation in the Brickhouse Fan Club ("the Club"), members are required to provide certain personal information. This information is necessary to administer the program effectively and to deliver the various benefits and services associated with membership.

  • Preferences & Consents:

As part of your participation in the Brickhouse Fan Club ("the Club"), you may be requested to provide your preferences and consents, which will guide how your personal data is used and how you wish to engage with Club communications and offers. The following consents may be required during the registration process, and you may update or modify these preferences at any time through your account settings:

    • Parental status (optional)
    • Agreement to Terms & Conditions(mandatory)
    • Consent to receive marketing communications via WhatsApp Business API (WABA), SMS, and Email (optional)
  • Account-Related Data:

As a member of the Brickhouse Fan Club, you will be required to create and maintain a personal account. This account will contain certain information that is essential for the administration of your membership and the provision of program benefits such as:

    • Loyalty points balance
    • Default shipping address
    • Active vouchers
    • Order and transaction history (if applicable)

3.1 Editing Account Information

You may update your personal details and preferences at any time by logging into your account. For security purposes, any changes to sensitive information (such as email address) will require OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your account remains accurate and up to date. The organizers are not liable for any loss or delay in services resulting from outdated or incorrect account information.

4. Loyalty Program Benefits – Earning, Redemption & Exclusive Perks

The Brickhouse Fan Club offers members a wide range of benefits across three key categories: Functional, Experiential, and Privilege. Each category is designed to enhance the LEGO shopping and engagement experience for members and their families.

4.1 Functional Benefits

Members enjoy tangible rewards that include earning points, discounts, and exclusive offers.

4.1.1 Earning Points

  • Members will earn:
    • 3% in loyalty points for every INR 100 spent on full-price items using eligible payment methods.
    • 1.5% in loyalty points for every INR 100 spent on discounted items using eligible payment methods.
    • All points are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
  • Points are calculated on the post-tax amount of eligible items.
  • Points are earned only on eligible tender value, excluding payments made using coupons, vouchers, store credit, or any non-eligible modes.
  • GST bills qualify for points accrual.
  • Members can earn 2x points during Points Multiplier Days, available up to 2 times per month on designated special occasions.

4.1.2 Points Expiry

  • Loyalty points will expire at the end of the same calendar month in the following year.
    • Example: Points earned on 7 April 2025 will expire on 30 April 2026.

4.1.3 Redeeming Points

  • Points can be redeemed at the rate of 1 Point = INR 1.
  • Redemption can only be applied to the eligible payment portion of a transaction.
  • Earned points cannot be combined with any other offers, coupons, or promotions in the same transaction, except for the Birthday Coupon.

4.1.4 Welcome Offer

  • Upon joining, members will receive a flat 10% discount coupon, up to a maximum of INR 250, redeemable only on their first transaction.
    • Coupon validity: 30 days from the date of issue.

4.2 Experiential Benefits

Members are rewarded with memorable LEGO experiences designed for fun, learning, and family engagement, including-

  • 4.2.1 Workshops: Members and their families may attend free LEGO workshops on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is transferable within the family.
  • 4.2.2 Gift with Purchase (GWP): Special GWP offers will be available during select festivals (e.g., Diwali, Christmas), subject to availability and eligibility.
  • 4.2.3 Golden Ticket Invites: Exclusive invitations to store launches and major LEGO events may be extended to members.
  • 4.2.4 Raise Your Hand Events: Members’ children may be selected to participate in in-store or community LEGO events.
  • 4.2.5 Newsletter: Members will receive regular updates via email about new product launches, events, promotions, and LEGO-related news.

4.3 Privilege Benefits

Privileged access and special in-store experiences that go beyond rewards and discounts.

  • 4.3.1 Birthday Discount: As part of the Brickhouse Fan Club Privilege Benefits, members will receive a Birthday Coupon offering a flat 10% discount, which will be sent via communication channels or displayed on their profile during their birthday period. The coupon is valid for 15 days, starting 6 days prior to and ending 7 days after the member's birthday. Members without children may avail 1 Birthday Offer per year, while parents with children listed in their profile may avail 2 Birthday Offers annually. The Birthday Coupon can be redeemed in conjunction with loyalty points, but cannot be combined with any other coupon or offer. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for coupon validation. 5.3.1 Early Access & Pre-Booking: Members may receive early previews of upcoming collections and opportunities to pre-book exclusive LEGO sets.
  • 4.3.2 Add Kids to Profile: Members can add up to three children to their account profile.
  • 4.3.3 LEGO Passport Program:
    • Children enrolled by members will be part of the "LEGO Passport" in-store engagement program.
    • Each enrolled child will receive a passport-style booklet (only for in-store participants).
    • Children can collect stamps based on participation or purchases tied to milestones such as:
      • Visiting a new city store
      • Attending a launch event
      • Receiving birthday recognition
      • Celebrating topical moments or LEGO fandom
  • 4.3.4 Milestone Rewards: For every 3 stamps collected in the LEGO Passport, the member is eligible to receive a free LEGO keychain gift, subject to availability.

5. Program Modifications

The organizers of My Brickhouse Fan Club reserve the right to modify, update, or revise any part of the program at their sole discretion and at any time. Modifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • Changes in earning or redemption rates
  • Introduction or discontinuation of benefits or features
  • Updates to eligibility criteria, membership structure, or reward validity
  • Adjustments to the list of participating stores or partner channels

Members will be notified of material changes through appropriate communication channels such as email, SMS, or the official loyalty page. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

6. Suspension or Termination

6.1 Voluntary Termination

Members may choose to terminate their membership at any time by contacting customer service. Upon termination, all accumulated points, rewards, and benefits will be forfeited with immediate effect.

6.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

The organizers may suspend or permanently terminate a member’s account in cases of:

  • Fraudulent activity or attempted misuse of the program
  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions
  • Providing false or misleading personal information
  • Misconduct toward staff, other members, or the LEGO community

The organizers may also suspend or discontinue the program in part or whole, at any time and without obligation to compensate members for unredeemed points or unused benefits.

7. Code of Conduct

All members of My Brickhouse Fan Club are expected to maintain respectful, responsible, and honest behavior while interacting with the program, participating in events, and engaging with LEGO staff or other members.

By enrolling in the program, you agree to:

  • Use the program for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Refrain from abusing or manipulating point-earning mechanisms
  • Treat staff, other members, and LEGO assets with respect
  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines during workshops or in-store events

The organizers reserve the right to take corrective actions—including suspension or removal from the program—if the Code of Conduct is violated.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 Personal Information Collection

By joining My Brickhouse Fan Club, members consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information, which may include:

  • Full name, email address, phone number, address, gender, date of birth
  • Transaction and interaction history
  • Preferences and consent for marketing communication
  • Child information

8.2 Purpose of Data Use

Your data will be used for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Managing your loyalty account and transactions
  • Sending reward updates, event invites, and personalized offers
  • Conducting analytics to improve member experience
  • Sending promotional communications (if opted in)

8.3 Data Sharing and Retention

Personal data may be shared with trusted third-party vendors strictly for operating the program. All partners are contractually bound to follow data protection laws. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for program administration or to meet legal obligations.

8.4 Your Rights

Members have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data and may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by reaching out via the official support channels.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All logos, trademarks, and content associated with the program are protected intellectual property
  • Members may not use, reproduce, or distribute any branding, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of membership.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The organizers are not liable for any losses, delays, or technical failures affecting points, rewards, or account access.
  • The program may be suspended or modified due to unforeseen circumstances.

11. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

  • Fraudulent activities, including account manipulation, false information, or unauthorized resale, will result in termination and possible legal action.
  • The organizers reserve the right to investigate and take corrective action against any such misuse.

12. Force Majeure

  • The organizers are not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures.
  • In such cases, the program may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

13. Transferability & Assignment

  • Membership, points, and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned.
  • Any attempt to transfer benefits may lead to account termination.

14. Compliance with Local Laws

  • Members must comply with all Indian laws and regulations while participating.
  • The organizers may modify the program to ensure legal compliance.

15. Communications & Notices

  • Official updates will be sent via email, SMS, or website announcements.
  • Members must keep their contact details updated to receive important notifications.

16. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Brickhouse Fan Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
