1. What is the Brickhouse Fan Club? Why should I join?
The Brickhouse Fan Club is a members-only loyalty program designed for LEGO lovers of all ages (and especially the young at heart!). When you join, you gain exciting rewards, exclusive discounts, early access to special sets, invitations to workshops, and so much more!
Best of all? It's absolutely free for life. Sign up once, and you’re in the club forever!
2. Who can join the Fan Club?
Anyone aged 18 years or older can create an account and become a member.
Parents and guardians can also register their kids (under 18) under their profile to access special benefits such as:
Participation in the LEGO Passport Program
Invitations to exclusive in-store workshops and events
3. How do I join the program?
It’s super easy (and free)! You can:
Sign up online via the Login Page
Just share a few basic details like your mobile number and email to get started.

4. How do I unlock full benefits of the program?
Creating a basic profile (Email + Mobile number) gets you started.

5. What is the LEGO Passport Program?
A magical journey for kids!
With any in-store purchase made by a member parent, children linked to the account receive a free
LEGO Passport Booklet. Kids can earn stamps for purchases, good
deeds, and participation in fun in-store activities.
🎁 Bonus! For every third stamp, your child receives a surprise goodie!
Note: One passport per child. Stamps are non-transferable. One stamp per purchase/activity.
6. What do I get when I join?
Right off the bat, you get a flat 10% discount (up to ₹250) on your first in-store or online purchase.
Valid for 30 days from the date of sign-up.
7. How can I deactivate my account?
You can deactivate your account anytime by:
- Logging into your profile on the website
- Going to the ‘My Account’ section
- Clicking ‘Deactivate Account’
⚠️ Please note: Any unredeemed points or benefits will expire upon deactivation.
8. How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop with us!
- Full-priced products: Earn 3% of the pre-tax value
- Discounted products: Earn up to 1.5% of the pre-tax value
Points are non-transferable and subject to earning/burning rules outlined in our T&Cs.
9. Where can I check my points balance?
Simply log in to your account on our website. You’ll see:
- Your points balance
- Vouchers available
- Rewards history
10. How do I redeem my points?
You can use your points like cash!
1 point = ₹1
Redeem your points during checkout in-store or online.
11. Can I use points in-store?
Absolutely! You can redeem your points for purchases at any of our LEGO Certified Stores across India.
12. Can I use points to make a full purchase?
Not entirely. You can use your points to cover up to 50% of your total bill value per transaction.
13. Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the month they are earned.📅Example: Points earned on June 1, 2025, will expire on June 30, 2026
14. Can I use my points on LEGO.in (Lego Indiaofficial site)?
No. The Fan Club program is exclusive to My Brickhouse.com and our LEGO Certified Stores.
Points are not applicable on LEGO.in or other marketplaces.
15. Where can I find my purchase and transaction history?
Log into your profile on our website to view:
- Purchase history
- Earned and redeemed points
- Vouchers and benefits used
16. Can I return products purchased with points?
Yes!
Products purchased in-store (with or without points) can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original condition.
You will receive a credit note valid for 90 days.
As a goodwill gesture, you’ll still keep the points earned on that purchase!
17. What other benefits do members enjoy?

20. What can I get on my Birthday?
- You can get an exclusive birthday discount voucher which you can choose to redeem at store or online.
- If you choose to add kids on your profile, we offer 1 additional birthday voucher code in a year which you can choose to redeem in-store or on website.
21. Can I return my birthday discount coupon or joining discount coupon?
- Unfortunately, No. But you may choose to return your billed products, if they are Un-opened & within 30 days of purchase., a credit note will be issued to you with a validity of 90 days.
